Knees are bugging me

I haven’t run since last Wednesday, so five days now, and missing now two days that I had intended to run. Not because I haven’t wanted to, but because my knees have been hurting me, even just walking around during the day. They felt ok on Sunday, and I’d intended to run today, but there was some twinges today while walking around at work, so I decided to skip the run again.

Instead of running, I’ve been using the recumbent bike and elliptical machines. About 20 minutes on each during a workout. I’d like to get up to 250 minutes of exercise per week if I can.
